Execution isn't a
planning problem.
It's a belief problem.

Most strategies don't fail in the boardroom. They fail in the gap between what leaders decided and what people believed. I help organisations close that gap.

Strategy without belief is just a plan. And most plans don't survive contact with your people.

You have a plan. You have managers whose job it is to communicate it. But belief can't be delegated — and without it, strategy is just a document.

The hard costs are already committed: the technology, the restructure, the acquisition. What's at risk is the return on all of it — and the people who'll walk out the door if they don't understand why it matters to them.

"You can't mandate belief. But you can build it."

Three things I do exceptionally well

01

The Diagnostic Reframe

Before any work begins, I change what leaders think the problem is. The conversation shifts from "how do we communicate better" to "how do we protect the return on what we've already invested."

02

The Narrative Framework

A structured, six-scene process — built around how humans actually process change — that helps leadership teams clarify, align, and articulate a compelling story for their strategy.

03

The Activation Programme

Making it stick. Equipping managers to cascade the narrative, co-creating belief at team level, and measuring the impact across the strategic cycle.

A clear path from confusion to conviction

1

Leaders' Workshop

A focused session that produces a consistent, compelling narrative for your strategy — one your leaders can actually use. This is the entry point, and it's where the real clarity happens.

2

Activation Programme

A 6–8 month programme that cascades belief through the organisation. Managers become equipped storytellers. Teams connect to the strategy as participants, not passengers.

3

Ongoing Partnership

Strategy is a cycle. As priorities shift, the narrative needs refreshing. An ongoing retainer keeps belief alive and execution on track — and gives you a thinking partner in the room.

A strategist who spent years learning how to change minds

I started in advertising — global campaigns for Renault, Heineken, HSBC, Nissan, the Bank of England. Before I understood strategy, I understood persuasion: what makes people believe something, and why they act on it.

I brought that into management consulting. As Chief Storytelling Officer at The Storytellers, Strategy Partner at Six, and founder of Manifestive, I've spent the last decade helping organisations turn strategy into something people actually follow.

I'm also a certified coach and mentor, a facilitator, and — when I'm not in a room with a leadership team — working on a book about why strategies fail to land.

Let's talk about what your strategy is costing you

Whether you're facing a major transformation, a strategy that isn't landing, or a leadership team that needs to find its voice — I'd love to hear what's going on.
